If your order is shipped via UPS, you will receive order tracking information via email. The prices below exclude oversized and heavy items. The shipping charge for ground delivery of oversized and heavy items within the lower 48 states is designated on the product’s information page. If your shipping address is a P.O. Box or APO, your order will be delivered via USPS.

Timelines
Orders are typically shipped out in 1-2 business days. Most products ship from our warehouse in TN (see UPS Ground Time-in-Transit Map), but some may ship from locations on the west coast. If this is the case, your order may arrive in more than one package; however, you will only be charged once for shipping.
*UPS and USPS do not count the pick-up day as a day in transit. The average time in transit for UPS Ground is 3-6 business days, but please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery.

International Customers please note:
- Duty, Taxes, and Customs are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in shipping costs. International customers may be subject to fees and/or import taxes by their own country’s government. We cannot be held liable for fees applied to your shipment upon arrival.
- We perform Address Verification on every credit card. Your order could be delayed or cancelled if your bank does not provide Address Verification Service. To expedite your order, please use a credit card issued by an American bank whenever possible.
- We reserve the right to refuse shipment to countries with high incidence of fraud.
- Oversized and heavy items may incur additional shipping charges and in some cases may not be shipped internationally. You will be contacted if additional charges apply.
- A small portion of the products on our site ship directly from the manufacturer. These products may not be available to ship internationally. If this is the case with a product in your order, you will be contacted by our customer service department.
- Restricted Brands: Due to contracts with our vendors, we are unable to ship The North Face, Oakley, Arc'Teryx, and Merrell products to destinations outside the U.S.; we are unable to ship La Sportiva products to destinations outside the U.S. and Canada.
